Appeal Board's Function
The Appeal Board is aimed at giving help to the public to present appeal if hurt or unhappy with the decision of the Local Planning Authority and henceforth, review those appeal cases, where:
Appeal Board as an independent body appointed by the State Authority to solve conflict between the appellant and the Local Planning Authority especially from a planning decision whereby the appellant is an opposer , applicant or user who was hurt.
The Appeal Board is a tribunal responsible to hear, review and decide on cases as stated under Act 172 and Act (Amendments) A 933 Town and Country Planning Act.

If there is any dissatisfaction with the decision of the local planning authority, kindly submit your appeal to the Appeal Board at the following address:

Appeal need to be presented by filling form that can be accessed at Office Registrar of the State Appeal Board or download in this website.
Appeal process will follows Kaedah-Kaedah Lembaga Rayuan 1999 in Warta Kerajaan dated 30th September, 1999, Jilid 52 No. 20 Tambahan No. 12 Perundangan.
